Reflections on the abstract concept of “time”, embodied in the author’s bronze sculpture “Watchmaker”. The moment is represented by the escaping clock spring, which stopped the usual course of time. The future does not replace the present, and the present does not become the past. Time slowed down. In a sense, we are all “watchmakers” of our lives in an attempt to keep up with time.
