Bell “Hare”

Materials: brazilian agate, lazurite.

Height: 105 mm

Another new addition to the “hare” jemstone-carving gallery of Sergey Falkin – dusky agate hare. The calm milky-lilac color of the stone gives a touch of mystery to the image, and the property of agate to transmitt light leads to some immateriality, as if the hare is about to dissolve into fog.

The pattern of the stone emphasizes the unconventional character of the piece: a hypnotic ornament on the front and a crystal mosaic on the back, which looks like a cloak of snowflakes.

As a result, the master creates a delicate and at the same time surreal image that draws his lazurite eyes in hypnotic circles into a mysterious misty winter fairy tale.
