Plaquette “Venice of Brodsky”

Венеция Бродского

This is another homage to the Brodsky art and the “Venice page” of the poet’s life when more than 20 years he came to the foggy “sinking city” for inspiration. It is no coincidence that some people have the first association: “Venice is a city of Joseph Brodsky”. His poetry lines keep the memory and history of the city surrounded by the “time belt”.

There is an easily recognizable profile of the poet looking down on the timeless city. Admiring its beauty and inaccessibility.

A copy of the bronze work is in the permanent collection of The State Hermitage museum.
